Every November, as the chill of the fall season touches our area, we unite for a particular cause—our annual canned food drive.

It’s heartwarming to witness the dedication of both our staff and customers. Each donation, whether a can of soup, a pack of pasta, or a jar of sauce, signifies a unified effort to combat hunger in our community. And while we encourage the donation of unexpired canned goods, we also accept many other items. Non-perishable food—like pasta, sauces, peanut butter, and even fruits and vegetables in sealed containers—is equally appreciated. Our primary concern is ensuring these items are unopened and safe for consumption.
As the festive season of Thanksgiving approaches, our goal becomes more than just collecting food; it’s about ensuring that every member of our community has a meal on the table, an opportunity to create memories with loved ones, and the peace of not having to worry about their next meal.
